Animals
Our trip wouldn't be complete without our animal companions. We brought along all that we could, but unfortunately had to rehome (temporarily) a few. Below are their biographies. They have been great company so far, and it would't be the same without them.
Littlefoot (bard) - Pineapple-sided Green Cheek Conure
Littlefoot is our faithful flying companion, who was more than willing to come along on our cross-country journey. He has quite the personality, and is surprisingly quiet during travel. He likes to mouth off when we are at campsites, and we enjoy getting him out and about in the campgrounds in his fancy acrylic bird-carrying case.
Cori (Corona) the Cat
Cori has been with me for nearly 14 years, and life wouldn't be the same without her with us. She's faithful, tidy, and very furry with white and orange highlights. She's great traveling (now that she's used to it), and usually just hangs out on the bed in the back when we're in motion. Sometimes she'll even jump up above the driver just to check out what is going on.
The Pigs
Chocolate-Face - the Guinea Pig
Chocolate-face is the father of either 5 or 11 babies, and he looks like it. He's big, furry, and rather timid. He has nice long fur, and enjoys stealing all of the treats.
Vanilla-Face - the Guinea Pig
Vanilla-Face is Chocolate-face's brother, and has therefore lived just as long. We're uncertain if he is a dad, or an uncle, but we love him all the same. He's basically the best pig, but we try not to play favourites.
Junior-Face - the Guinea Pig
Junior-Face is the offspring of Chocolate-Face (or Vanilla-Face, who knows). He's quite friendly, and has Vanilla-face's temperament. He likes to purr when you pet him, and totally digs treats, but is fairly equitable.
